"La maison peut accueillir un grand groupe, mais il manque des ustensiles de cuisine (casserole, grand plat, cocotte) pour cuisiner en grande quantité. C'est le seul point "négatif". Tout était bien."

"L'accueil de notre hôte a été très chaleureux, ainsi que sa disponibilité! Il n'y a rien a redire sur la propreté des lieux ainsi que la literie (important). La maison est placé à 200 mètre du métro! Je recommande le logement 😁"

"Emplacement de la maison parfait, tout proche d'une station du métro ligne 7. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, la literie est très confortable, beaucoup de rangement. Un cabinet de toilette dans 1 des chambres est un +, la véranda est aussi très agréable, équipements au complet dans la cuisine. Propreté du logement impeccable. Hôte prévenant et toujours disponible et réactif quand on lui pose des questions."

"A really charming house with authentic decorations and historic details. We especially liked the small garden. We were five guest in the house. The space was perfect. We visited during a heatwave so it would have been nice with aircondition. The location of the house was very good in a nice and quiet naborhood. We parked our car at the street by the house and had no problems. Very close to the metro line, a bakery and groceries. We were so thankfull for all the hell from the host. He was very helpful and thoughtful and gave us good advise about visiting the city. We fully recommend the house and would visit again."

"It is very easy to get to the house from CDG airport just using the public transportation (we arrived in Paris on a Sunday afternoon. Depending on the day and time of your arrival, it might be uncomfortable to get to the trains and subways carrying your luggage). The host was very nice and helpful. Along the week, we had a problem with the shower drain. As soon as we let him know, he got immediately to the house and fixed it. We also had a little health problem and he recommended a public hospital. The place is beatiful, cozy and it was perfectly clean."

"It is a little expensive, but just a "little" is good given that everything in Paris is usually very expensive. The house is not close to Paris center so you need to be very careful with your nights out and check the closing time of the trains and subways."

"L'appartamento è molto caratteristico e coinvolgente, uno stile parigino che ha dato un tocco in più alla vacanza. Antoine, il gestore, è stato super gentile, si è adattato alle nostre tempistiche e le procedure di check-in e check-out super comode. Avere avuto a disposizione la cucina è stato fondamentale, e siamo riusciti a mangiare comodi anche in 8. Un'ampia veranda vista cielo ha aumentato lo spazio per gestire i pasti. 5 minuti a piedi e si è sulla linea 7 che è "la linea del centro", per cui si possono raggiungere tutti i punti più caratteristici senza (quasi) mai cambiare. Davvero super comodo!"

"Non avevamo inteso dall'annuncio che 7 letti erano a disposizione in un'unità abitativa distaccata e senza bagno, raggiungibile solamente passando all'esterno (quindi sotto le intemperie), per cui di notte bisogna attraversare lo spazio all'aperto. Non è stato comunque un grosso impedimento. Avremmo gradito avere almeno un paio di asciugamani a disposizione per famiglia, invece dell'unico offerto."
